DISCUSS YOUR GOALS

Each one-to-one session will begin with the review of your Consent Form. No matter the area of desired focus a minimum of three sessions is recommended in order to remove blocks and to support the cycle of discovery, self-awareness, aligned action and integration.

 

During your session we will discuss what changes you'd like to make. It will be incredibly intimate and your commitment will be required because we will go deep. I will listen with a full heart, and tap into what you're withholding. I will be a mirror. I will challenge you; I will ask the tough questions to help you to align with the greatest version of You.

HYPNOSIS RECORDING
Embrace Your Power

At the end of our session, I will record a 10 to 20 minute personalized hypnosis recording. This recording will be yours to keep and to listen to. There is a chance that following our session you will have weekly assignments, practical tools, powerful activities, foundations for substantial healing and so much more!

(i) The Client agrees to receive an invoice for the request of Payment for Additional Services that extend past in increments of a half hour, one hour or more. 

(iv) Additional Services include any time that exceeds the original scheduled allotment for the original appointment between the company and the client, related to incremental or unforeseen services, which was not included in the originally agreed purchase.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Is hypnosis a form

There are some people who might be skeptical or afraid of hypnosis, and I want to remind you that there is NOTHING to be afraid of.

Hypnosis is NOT: Mind control, Brainwashing, Dangerous, Unethical or Scary.

What can hypnosis achieve?

Hypnosis can provide a sense of extreme well-being, and a feeling of deep purpose. This process makes it incredibly easy to start take control and reach your desired goals in a fast, safe, and effective way.

How many sessions

are recommended?

Hypnotherapy, like any form of therapy, can take multiple sessions to reach desired results. The number of hypnotherapy sessions required can vary depending on the individual, the type of issue being addressed and the approach taken. Packages are available, one session of hypnotherapy is while powerful, may not be enough.

Can anyone receive Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy may not be right for everyone. Hypnosis is not recommended for minors, if a person has been clinically diagnosed with psychosis or certain types of personality disorders; hypnosis could have negative affects or worsen their condition. 

Are there any side

effects? 

Suggestions during hypnosis can cause dynamic changes in brain activity, some rare side effects can include feeling groggy, light-headed, or drowsy after listening to a recording.
